The power of water has been harnessed through waterjet technology to cut materials and patterns that until recently were thought impossible. The waterjet machine used at Tennessee Waterjet is capable of cutting anything from small mosaic tiles to full-size slab material. The controlled, fine stream of water and abrasive grit comes out at 60,000 psi, which enables us to cut through both thick and thin materials effortlessly. Because waterjet cuts through materials using a cool, high-pressure erosion process, material will not be subjected to heat, vibration, or friction, which could cause distortion, hardening, or warping. Plastics, acrylics, and other materials adversely effected by heat fabrication can easily be cut by waterjet without causing unwanted changes to the product.
WATERJET OFFERS UNPARALLELED PRECISION. OUR MACHINE OFFERS APPROXIMATELY .005” CUTTING ACCURACY, WHICH ALLOWS THE CUT
PIECES TO FIT TOGETHER PERFECTLY.
Using state-of-the-art technology allows us to craft your design out of virtually any material.
